Privacy Policy

AvantGarde Global LLC ("we") operates AvantGarde Automation at automation.avantgardeglobal.us. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect

• Automation map answers and email. When you complete the free automation map we collect your answers (business type, time sinks, tools, hours, goals) and your email address.
• Purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email, billing and (for hardware) shipping address, but never your full card number.
• Client project data. When we build a workflow, we access only the accounts, documents and sample data you choose to share for that project.
• Technical data. Our host, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses and basic request data to deliver and secure the site.

How we use it and who processes it

• Your automation map answers are sent to Anthropic (Claude API) to generate your map. They are not used to train Anthropic's models under its commercial terms.
• Your email and answers are stored in Klaviyo so we can send you your map and, if you agreed, occasional updates. You can unsubscribe from any email.
• Stripe processes payments; hardware orders are shared with our distributor and carrier only to ship your kit.
• We do not sell personal information and do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Client project data

We use project data only to build, test and support your workflow. We delete sample data and revoke any access you granted within 30 days after the project or support period ends, unless you ask us to keep it.

Retention

Lead and marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Purchase records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or opt out of marketing, by emailing hello@avantgardeglobal.us. Depending on where you live (for example California, other US states, Canada or the EU/UK) you may have additional rights; we will honour them as required by law. We will respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with reputable processors. No system is perfectly secure; tell us promptly if you believe your data has been compromised.
